This toolkit was created by Care Share Health Alliance, the NC Navigator Consortium and the NC Community Health Center Association to act as a supplement to other Medicaid Expansion marketing and communications resources, such as those from NCDHHS.
Our Toolkit includes two “Phases” of communications:
Phase 1 resources promote new Medicaid rules under expansion which have made hundreds of thousands of North Carolinians newly eligible.
Phase 2 resources help answer the most common questions new Medicaid beneficiaries have navigating their coverage.
